As for the second section, which is litigations; the Firm represent on behalf of its clients in all judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, including general jurisdiction, criminal, commercial, labor, family and administrative courts, and administrative courts, in addition to the cases of quasi-judicial committees such as the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes, banking committee, customs committee and the Committee for the Resolution of Insurance Disputes, etc.
As for the third section, which is legal studies; the Firm contributed to the study on the judicial system development, which was presented at Riyadh Economic Forum in 2015 under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may Allah bless him, as well as a number of other studies.
